My rate for photographing your wedding is currently £1749
I frequently travel to photograph weddings across the UK and in beautiful locations internationally – so if you’re planning your wedding further afield and would like me to photograph your wedding, please get in touch!
Option 1 £1749
A consultation meeting to discuss and plan the day in detail.
Unlimited coverage with the aim of capturing all the elements that contribute to the celebration.
A private online gallery to share all edited and retouched images with friends and family.
A stylish USB containing all edited images at high resolution in a beautiful presentation box.
Option 2 £1949
As the first option but in addition a portfolio print box is included. This includes a selection of enlarged, mounted prints from the celebration alongside the USB.
Option 3 £2699
As the second option but in addition the mid range album is included.
Extras and Options
Overnight charges and travel costs will be additional and depend upon location and itinerary.
Further presentation packages, albums and mounted print boxes for family and friends are available upon request.
I am able to forward to you brochures with further details and prices. I can also send you referrals from previous wedding clients, which I know can be very helpful. Please email me and I can supply this additional information immediately.
The charge for destination weddings starts at £2500.
Often a second photographer is necessary to cover additional moments during the day. The fee for the additional photographer starts at £450.
Books & Extras Presentation Options
As part of the initial wedding photography or party package all photographs taken on the day are given as part of a presentation that includes a beautiful USB package. I offer further options in terms of presentation depending upon your budget that include custom books and USB packages including stylish print boxes. All of which can be ordered prior to the event or at later date. Such options make ideal gifts for friends and family. The custom books give you a tangible, lasting memory and will be cherished by future generations. The custom books are designed with a beautiful simplicity and show off the photographs wonderfully. Receiving the book after the event is very exciting and certainly brings back both the memories of the day and creates something that will stay with you forever..
Custom ALBUMs start at £599 and the additional USB & print package options START at £280.
Questions you may have
Do you do group family portraits?
Yes absolutely and these are discussed and planned in advance.
Do you visit the venue in advance?
If possible I try to yes. Anything that helps me to plan shots before hand ensures a stress free and creative day. I am based in London and happy to visit wedding venues within London to plan your wedding photography in advance of the big day.
When do we order the album and presentation options?
It is advisable to do this at the time of booking but these can be ordered and created at a later date. Options in more detail can be provided upon request.
Can we meet before the wedding?
Yes, this is essential and helps us to plan the day.
Do you travel abroad?
Yes please! I have shot celebrations throughout the world including exotic locations such as Fiji and Zimbabwe and am thrilled to be travelling.
What gear do you use?
Super special magical image making wizardly machinery.
Do I get a mixture of colour and black and white?
Absolutely and this can be discussed in advance.
When will we see our photos?
Allow up to 4-6 weeks depending upon the time of year.
How do we make a booking?
Please call me direct. A deposit of £450 will be taken at the time of booking and payment of the balance is to be made three weeks before the celebration.
Are you VAT registered?
No I am not and full terms and conditions can be supplied.
Are you fully insured?
Yes I am fully insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
Are the digital files saved?
Yes, everything is backed up more than once on the day of the celebration. However once the images are handed over I am not responsible for any loss or damage to the images arising from any circumstances.
Who owns the copyright of the images?
As the creator of the images the copyright always lies with the photographer. Naturally I am happy to discuss your concerns for privacy and image usage.
